Economic Development Ministry expects deflation in June

MOSCOW, Jun 29 (PRIME) -- The Economic Development Ministry expects Russia to experience deflation in June, Minister Maxim Reshetnikov said on Wednesday at a meeting of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.

“It is already obvious that we will have deflation in June,” he said.

He also said that it was too early to speak about stabilization of the situation on the consumer market, as weak demand is the main factor that slows down the situation.
